I called today to get some work done on my jeep. I needed a few different things done. A man by the name of Craig picked up the phone and said "this is Craig" I asked if this was Southtown Tire he said how can I help you. Again thinking that I may have called the wrong number I asked is this Southtown Tire he said well it depends are you selling something I said no I need some work done but thanks I'll give some other local shop my business and hung up. First off what type of business answers phone and uses a persons name. Secondly the ignorance in Craig's voice was atrocious and makes me want to file a BBB complaint because all the Craig needed to do was say "yes" and the company would have made some money. Just based on the phone conversation I endured I wouldn't want anyone working there touch any of my vehicles.
Knowledgeable mechanics who are reasonable in cost
Had these guys repair my girlfriends ac and they were beyond awesome! Not only did they communicate clear and concisely they made me feel like they actually cared for my buisness! And to top it off they charged me less than what they estimated and delivered her car right to her work place! Super impressed guys keep it up!!

I've had them replace two damaged lights on my car. Great fast work. Their waiting room could use a good cleaning and updating.
